E-Helpdesk
E-Helpdesk is managed by the Information Technology Services Centre.
Staff and students of the Chinese University of Hong Kong can submit
problems/requests to E-Helpdesk, which receives the same priority
of the current electronic consultation in that, all submissions
will be responded to within 24 hours; all unsolved and un-answered
problems/requests will be escalated. We aim at helping you boost
your productivity by providing guaranteed, reliable and fast consultation
service.
